Overview

  • Support strategic financial decisions through accurate and timely AUM reporting, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality and streamline reporting workflows.
  • Leverage advanced tools and automation technologies to optimize reporting processes and improve efficiency.
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing phases, and user acceptance activities to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Document procedures and maintain compliance with established data governance standards.
  • Engage in audits and regulatory tasks related to AUM data, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  • Develop expertise in AUM definitions, methodologies, and data sources to support strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to special projects aimed at enhancing financial reporting and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Execute comprehensive AUM reporting processes across multiple reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare detailed reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
  • Utilize advanced tools to enhance data validation, reporting accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to refine systems and workflows for improved reporting processes.
  • Implement process improvements to ensure reporting accuracy and operational excellence.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction with reporting outcomes.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing AUM data processes and organizational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting or data analysis; 6 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools such as Tableau or Alteryx.
  • Experience with AI-enabled tools for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
