Job Description

Overview

  • Contribute to the management and execution of private debt transactions across diverse asset classes and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize transaction processes and ensure seamless execution.
  • Leverage proprietary technology platforms to centralize data and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support the structuring and financing of transactions, including hedging and funding logistics.
  • Ensure accurate document management and dissemination of legal closing packages.
  • Contribute to the development of tools and policies for fund management and allocation.
  • Participate in harmonizing processes across private market asset classes and strategies.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance transaction execution workflows.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Maintain and update transaction pipelines using advanced systems and tools.
  • Coordinate with legal, tax, and treasury teams to ensure transaction readiness.
  • Organize and disseminate final legal closing packages to stakeholders.
  • Support sourcing and implementation of capital markets tools and relationships.
  • Facilitate transaction structuring and financing, including hedging strategies.
  • Manage funding logistics to ensure cash availability for deal closures.
  • Enhance technology solutions to streamline allocation policies and execution processes.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align operational strategies and practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience, with preference for 5 years in private debt operations.
  • Proficiency in transaction pipeline management and capital markets execution.
  • Strong organizational skills for document management and communication tracking.
  • Experience with proprietary technology platforms for data centralization and process optimization.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Knowledge of transaction structuring, financing facilities, and hedging programs.
