Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop domain expertise and guide project decision-making processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance planning and execution efficiency.
  • Lead project working groups, fostering collaboration and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Provide clear and actionable updates to senior management, simplifying complex information effectively.
  • Anticipate risks and downstream implications, proactively addressing challenges with sound judgment.
  • Develop and implement best practices for scalable processes and tools across strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure efficient implementation of high-priority initiatives through cross-functional collaboration and alignment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least six years of relevant experience.
  • Proven success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and asset management preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complexity into actionable recommendations.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with sound commercial and operational judgment.
  • Comfortable working across functions and building alignment among senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in hybrid work environments, balancing remote and on-site collaboration.
  • Familiarity with scalable processes, tools, and best practices for initiative execution.
