Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets for commercial construction projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors during the preconstruction phase.

Job Requirements

  • Preferred 5 years of experience in similar roles within the industry.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and construction project management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess project specifications and budgets.
