Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies tailored to the construction industry.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is essential.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
