Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Manage time entry, personnel changes, and timesheets for payroll accuracy.
- Resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees and management effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive payroll records, including leave and personnel files.
- Calculate and process union fringe benefits and meet reporting requirements.
- Generate detailed payroll reports to support organizational decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to payroll policies and regulatory standards consistently.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of payroll processing experience; 2 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications required.
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and processes essential; JDE experience a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate payroll management.
