Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Maintain and update fixed asset accounting records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Analyze and record financial transactions related to fixed assets, including acquisitions and disposals.

- Prepare detailed regulatory reports and ensure adherence to accounting principles and procedures.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in fixed asset accounting; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial applications such as PeopleSoft Financials or Oracle Fusion.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Preferred certifications include CPA or advanced degrees like MBA or MS in Accounting.
- Experience with SOX compliance reporting and budgeting processes is highly valued.
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
