Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily CLO operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
  • Manage middle office processes, including transaction settlements and reconciliations.
  • Implement and monitor financial waterfalls to ensure accurate fund distributions.
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize operational workflows and enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in CLO operations or middle office roles.
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in financial services or Big 4 firms.
  • Proficiency in financial waterfall implementation and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
