Microsoft Dynamics Architect

Overview

• Shape the strategic direction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture for enterprise-wide scalability and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Dynamics capabilities with business goals and enhance operational efficiency.
• Define and implement governance standards for customization, security, and compliance of the Dynamics platform.
• Lead solution designs and integration strategies with SaaS platforms and internal systems.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Develop reusable components and libraries to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure effective collaboration and support for platform initiatives.
• Ensure high availability, performance optimization, and resiliency planning for the Dynamics platform.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Architect and execute a long-term roadmap for Dynamics 365 to achieve global adoption and scalability.
• Influence feature prioritization to maximize customer satisfaction and operational success.
• Collaborate with enterprise teams to align platform capabilities with strategic objectives.
• Establish governance standards ensuring customization, security, and compliance adherence.
• Oversee solution designs for new implementations and major enhancements of Dynamics 365.
• Integrate AI tools to enhance development efficiency and deployment processes.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure effective collaboration and support.
• Optimize platform performance, ensuring high availability and resiliency planning.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, including 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven expertise in leading large-scale Dynamics implementations in global environments.
• Proficiency in Power Platform, Azure integration services, and data migration strategies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for effective executive-level engagement.
• Experience with performance tuning, resiliency planning, and ensuring high availability of enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of AI tools and frameworks for enhancing development and deployment processes.
• Ability to develop reusable components and libraries to improve system efficiency.
