- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
- Track record of stability, with no more than three employers in the last ten years.
