Overview

• Lead and manage construction projects with a focus on commercial and healthcare sectors, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee daily operations of construction sites, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety and quality protocols.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance records.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.
• Ensure effective communication among project teams, clients, and external partners.
• Implement cost control measures to adhere to budget constraints.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Science (AS) degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in general contracting, with a preference for 5 years.
• Proven expertise in managing commercial or healthcare construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
• Track record of stability, with no more than three employers in the last ten years.
