Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in general contracting, with a preference for 5 years.
  • Proven expertise in managing commercial or healthcare construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
  • Track record of stability, with no more than three employers in the last ten years.
