Job Description

Overview

  • Manage and grow relationships with law firms, focusing on referral and direct partnerships.
  • Collaborate with fund formation attorneys to streamline subscription workflows and enhance platform adoption.
  • Conduct platform demonstrations and training sessions for attorneys and their clients.
  • Optimize partnership performance through regular reviews, reporting, and outreach initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage partner data and ensure seamless lead flow.
  • Plan and attend partner events, tech showcases, and in-person meetings.
  • Travel occasionally for industry events and partner engagements.
  • Contribute to the development of systems and materials supporting scalable partnerships.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Own the lifecycle of law firm relationships, from outreach to optimization.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with firms having active fund formation practices.
  • Conduct software demos tailored to diverse audiences, including attorneys and fund managers.
  • Train legal teams on platform usage and value proposition for digitized workflows.
  • Develop and maintain partner review schedules, including reports and QBRs.
  • Ensure partner data accuracy and lead coordination within CRM systems.
  • Provide internal reporting on channel health and reengagement opportunities.
  • Organize and participate in industry events and showcases to promote partnerships.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a strong academic background.
  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, or client-facing roles.
  • Background in LegalTech, FinTech, or private markets preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills for explaining technical workflows to attorneys.
  • Operational mindset with experience in building systems and materials for partnerships.
  • Proven ability to present and demo software effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel 10-20% for meetings and industry events.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage partner data and lead flow efficiently.
