Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support annual planning and quarterly forecasting cycles with detailed financial analysis.
  • Conduct performance analysis to generate actionable insights for leadership.
  • Ensure accuracy in accounting data and optimize liquidity management processes.
  • Enhance FP&A systems efficiency through innovative process architecture and modeling.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models for strategic decision-making.
  • Lead special projects involving executive briefings and strategic analysis.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to develop P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Support accounts payable workflows and manage working capital reviews.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, preferably within corporate environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is essential.
  • Experience with modern ERPs or planning software, such as SAP Analytics Cloud, is preferred.
  • CPA or CFA certification, or progress toward one, is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex financial data.
  • Proactive self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
