Overview

- Contribute to yearly audit confirmation processes and participate in cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize advanced tools like Microsoft Excel and Wall Street Office to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.
- Engage in cash and position reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting of financial data.
- Provide backup support for wire transfers, trade settlements, and other critical fund operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Maintain security master data, review credit agreements, and monitor investment activities for fixed income portfolios.
- Process wires, allocate investment-related expenses, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Perform daily reconciliations of cash and positions, interacting with custodian banks and prime brokers.
- Collaborate with asset management teams, borrowers, and outsourced service providers to optimize operations.
- Assist in audit confirmation processes and contribute to various operational projects.
- Support trade settlements and wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Leverage expertise in private credit operations and reconciliation processes to enhance fund performance.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications and Wall Street Office to manage data and reporting efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in finance or related fields.
- 3-6 years of experience in financial services, including asset management or banking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; knowledge of Wall Street Office is a plus.
- Experience with private credit operations, cash/position reconciliations, and investment activity monitoring.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure operational accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external partners.
