Overview

  • Lead construction projects for ground-up restaurant builds, ensuring quality and timely completion.
  • Coordinate with teams on-site and remotely to maintain project alignment.
  • Oversee all phases of construction, from planning to execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
  • Travel extensively to various project locations as required.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address project challenges effectively.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site construction teams.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise ground-up construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project goals.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.

Job Requirements
