Overview

  • Lead large-scale construction projects with budgets exceeding $30M, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage CM at Risk and Design Build projects effectively.
  • Drive operational excellence and contribute to scaling the organization's presence in Houston and Texas.
  • Foster a culture of learning and development within the team, enhancing professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in project execution.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Utilize advanced project management tools and methodologies to optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with design and construction teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing variances proactively.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 8 years preferred.
  • Proven track record managing projects exceeding $30M in budget.
  • Strong knowledge of CM at Risk and Design Build methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams.
