Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare pre-NTP projects for investment approval, tendering, and financial closure.
- Manage construction budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Oversee third-party contractors for operations and asset management activities.
- Develop and maintain commercial cost strategies with external partners.
- Track performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all projects.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors on long-term asset management strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align operational activities with organizational goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in utility-scale solar project operations and construction.
- Proven track record of improving operational performance and financial outcomes.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and contractors.
- Ability to develop and execute asset management strategies effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Financial literacy and ability to work closely with executive teams on business planning.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.
