Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee daily packaging operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree or equivalent educational background in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in packaging management or a related role.
• Preferred 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity within packaging operations.
• Proficiency in packaging technologies and industry standards.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and improve packaging workflows.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams effectively.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to packaging operations.
