Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and present project requirements, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Coordinate and organize project schedules, budgets, and specifications.
  • Supervise design and technical delivery alongside the Partner-In-Charge.
  • Mentor team members in design and project delivery processes.
  • Collaborate with interior design teams to integrate cohesive solutions.
  • Lead client and consultant interactions to ensure project success.
  • Stay informed on industry advancements and incorporate them into projects.
  • Ensure compliance with architectural standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture Technology or equivalent degree required.
  • 8-10 years of relevant architectural experience preferred.
  • Licensure in architecture preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in architectural design and project management.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and consultants.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing team members.
  • Knowledge of current architectural trends and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment combining onsite and remote collaboration.
