Overview

  • Lead tax advisory services, ensuring compliance with multi-state regulations and estate planning strategies for diverse clients.
  • Provide strategic leadership in tax planning and client advisory, enhancing organizational reputation and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored tax solutions, addressing complex financial and estate planning needs.
  • Oversee tax compliance processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards across jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive tax reviews, ensuring compliance and identifying optimization opportunities.

  • Manage multi-state tax compliance processes, addressing jurisdiction-specific requirements effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in tax advisory, with 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in estate planning and multi-state tax compliance.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and mentoring staff.
  • Excellent knowledge of tax laws and regulations, with ability to apply them effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
  • CPA certification or equivalent preferred, demonstrating professional competency.
