Project Architect

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead architectural design efforts for projects in education and healthcare sectors.
• Develop detailed plans, specifications, and construction documents using REVIT software.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural and structural components.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets while maintaining quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance project outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited 5-year program.
• Registered Architect certification or near completion of testing requirements.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, with 2 years in education/healthcare buildings.
• Proficiency in REVIT software for architectural modeling and documentation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles, practices, and building codes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in various development stages.
• Strong communication skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
