Overview
- Support clients in their transition off the platform, ensuring smooth offboarding processes and high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage documentation requests and maintain updated resources and instructions.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, addressing client queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Work in a hybrid schedule, combining remote and on-site work in a dynamic environment.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with operations and customer success teams to enhance client experiences.
- Contribute to the team by adapting to evolving processes and providing creative solutions to challenges.
- Participate in a temporary role lasting approximately six months, with potential for impactful contributions.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Draft and send customer documentation requests related to offboarding, including checklists, reports, and other documents.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure timely completion of documentation requests.
- Coordinate with Operations team to guide customers through their transition off the platform.
- Update internal resources and instructions to maintain current and streamlined information.
- Provide high-quality support to customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Manage a queue of open issues and tasks, delivering timely and effective solutions while escalating when necessary.
- Adapt to department and organizational needs by performing additional duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, with a strong academic foundation.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in customer service within a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with acute attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Comfort handling high-volume situations with empathy, compassion, and responsiveness.
- Aptitude for learning new processes and adapting to dynamic environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
- Availability to work in New York City and adhere to hybrid work arrangements.
