Job Description

Overview

  • Support clients in their transition off the platform, ensuring smooth offboarding processes and high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage documentation requests and maintain updated resources and instructions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, addressing client queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Work in a hybrid schedule, combining remote and on-site work in a dynamic environment.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with operations and customer success teams to enhance client experiences.
  • Contribute to the team by adapting to evolving processes and providing creative solutions to challenges.
  • Participate in a temporary role lasting approximately six months, with potential for impactful contributions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Draft and send customer documentation requests related to offboarding, including checklists, reports, and other documents.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure timely completion of documentation requests.
  • Coordinate with Operations team to guide customers through their transition off the platform.
  • Update internal resources and instructions to maintain current and streamlined information.
  • Provide high-quality support to customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Manage a queue of open issues and tasks, delivering timely and effective solutions while escalating when necessary.
  • Adapt to department and organizational needs by performing additional duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, with a strong academic foundation.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in customer service within a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with acute attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Comfort handling high-volume situations with empathy, compassion, and responsiveness.
  • Aptitude for learning new processes and adapting to dynamic environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
  • Availability to work in New York City and adhere to hybrid work arrangements.
