Overview
- Serve as a key administrative resource within the Marketing & Business Development Department.
- Support attorneys in building external relationships and coordinating business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful materials and presentations.
- Manage firm events, including vendor coordination and material preparation.
- Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring accurate contact lists.
- Assist with prospect research and industry group support initiatives.
- Contribute to website content and social media posts.
- Provide onsite support for events and audio/visual needs.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate firm events from start to finish, including vendor communication and material creation.
- Assist attorneys with pitch materials and processes to support business development.
- Maintain the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and generating reports as needed.
- Manage the Business Development Incentive Program, including milestone planning and event coordination.
- Collaborate on PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials.
- Track and organize internal firm events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Prepare promotional materials and manage inventory for firm events.
- Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Attend local trade shows and events to represent the firm.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or marketing roles.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, with experience in InterAction preferred.
- Familiarity with Constant Contact and social media management.
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Knowledge of law firm marketing principles and event planning.
