- Provide leadership in post-acquisition financial integration and technology onboarding.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage general ledger processes, monthly close activities, and financial statement preparation.
- Conduct reconciliations, variance analysis, and cash forecasting with precision.
- Apply expertise in US GAAP for complex accounting areas and disclosures.
- Lead ERP system implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Coordinate post-acquisition financial integration, onboarding partner companies to systems.
- Serve as the primary contact for external auditors, ensuring compliance and transparency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement scalable financial systems and processes for sustained growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting or related field required.
- Minimum of 8 years professional accounting experience, with 2+ years in-house.
- Proficiency in ERP systems like NetSuite; CPA certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP standards and financial reporting requirements.
- Experience in post-acquisition financial integration and systems scaling.
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimize financial processes in growing organizations.
