Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications across trading and operations.
• Develop workflows integrating AI agents with APIs and internal services.
• Translate business needs into functional AI systems and tools.
• Document AI tool usage and provide training for business users.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies for integration into production systems.
• Ensure data privacy and security in AI implementations.
• Build and maintain data pipelines supporting AI applications.
• Monitor and iterate AI solutions based on performance data and feedback.
• Independently write, modify, and deploy code for AI systems.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI application development.
• Proficiency in Python and full-stack development.
• Experience with LLMs, AI APIs, and fine-tuning models.
• Familiarity with API integrations and backend services.
• Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search techniques.
• Experience deploying applications in cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
• Exposure to financial systems or trading workflows is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical collaboration.
