Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage nursing operations across OR, PreOp, and PACU, ensuring seamless patient care delivery.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degrees preferred.
- Current RN licensure and certification in BLS and ACLS within 90 days of employment.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing management experience; 3 years preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in an ambulatory or similar healthcare setting.
- Expertise in OR, PreOp, and PACU operations and patient care protocols.
- Strong knowledge of quality improvement, risk management, and infection control practices.
- Ability to foster a positive team culture and hold staff accountable.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage complex operations effectively.
