Overview
- Support the Corporate Insurance Risk Management Department in managing group insurance policies and related operations.
- Assist with policy coordination, renewals, endorsements, and tracking of insurance documentation across affiliates and subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with brokers and carriers to ensure accurate policy updates and documentation.
- Prepare and follow up on annual insurance renewals, gathering underwriting information from internal teams.
- Maintain organized tracking systems for policies, endorsements, and insurance records.
- Support insurance audits and ensure timely completion of insurance-related requests.
- Contribute to special projects and cross-functional tasks within the department.
- Work independently in a structured environment with remote training provided.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and track insurance policies, endorsements, and renewals across affiliates and subsidiaries.
- Assist in preparing and following up on annual insurance renewals, including gathering required data.
- Collaborate with brokers and carriers to ensure policy updates and documentation accuracy.
- Review insurance documentation for accuracy and coverage alignment.
- Issue and track Certificates/Evidence of Insurance (COIs).
- Support operational aspects of insurance audits and follow up on documentation requirements.
- Maintain organized tracking systems for insurance records and ensure accessibility.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of insurance-related tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in insurance, business, or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum three years of experience in property and casualty insurance, including brokerage and carrier collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
- Ability to work independently in a structured environment with high accountability.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Experience in a brokerage, carrier, or corporate insurance environment preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural business environment.
