Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing leadership; 5 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in surgical services and hospital administration.
• Strong background in regulatory compliance and evidence-based nursing practices.
