Overview

  • Lead nursing and clinical services at a healthcare organization, ensuring quality, safety, and patient-centered care delivery.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, physicians, and clinical teams to advance organizational goals and strategies.
  • Drive performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage nursing staffing models, budgets, and resource allocation for optimal efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and evidence-based nursing practices.
  • Promote professional growth and engagement among nursing leaders and staff.
  • Integrate current research and best practices into clinical care delivery.
  • Represent nursing services in medical staff, executive, and board meetings.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing leadership; 5 years preferred.
