Overview

  • Lead electrical construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality adherence, and compliance with safety standards in a challenging environment.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to optimize workflows and resolve operational challenges effectively.
  • Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and onsite teams to achieve project objectives efficiently and collaboratively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
  • Facilitate daily meetings to communicate updates, align team efforts, and address arising issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation, including logs, reports, and compliance records for project tracking.
  • Foster collaboration between engineers, owners, and stakeholders to ensure project success and satisfaction.
  • Mentor field engineers and team members, promoting skill development and professional growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage daily electrical construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety standards, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with project management to align schedules, address issues, and optimize workflows for efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; certifications in construction management are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction management; 8 years preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of electrical construction processes, safety standards, and project scheduling.
  • Proficiency in documentation and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively in a dynamic construction environment.
  • Experience with subcontractor and vendor management in electrical projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges proactively.
