Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Track IT hardware lifecycle from procurement to disposal, ensuring accurate records.
• Maintain and reconcile asset data using advanced Excel functions.
• Generate detailed inventory reports to identify and address discrepancies.
• Conduct physical and virtual audits to verify asset accuracy.
• Update asset management systems promptly with accurate information.
• Assist in vendor support and remediation tracking for hardware issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to improve asset management processes.

Job Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT asset or inventory management.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables and data validation.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices and hardware/software knowledge.
• Certifications like CHAMP or CSAM are preferred.
• Experience with ITAM tools such as AutoTask or ServiceNow is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
