Overview

  • Drive strategic business development initiatives within the affinity insurance sector, focusing on growth and market expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute high-impact sales strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and implement innovative approaches targeting employer groups, affinity organizations, and direct marketing channels.
  • Analyze industry trends and performance metrics to optimize sales pipelines and strategic planning.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to foster partnerships and mutual success.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of objectives.

  • Prepare detailed reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting growth opportunities and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Generate and nurture new business leads, effectively promoting affinity insurance solutions to diverse audiences.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales experience within the insurance industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and claims management.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
  • Proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office Suite for effective task management.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% as required to meet business objectives.
