Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

Job Requirements
- Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent preferred.
- 10 years of construction and repair experience, including electrical and plumbing.
- 7+ years of supervisory experience in maintenance and housekeeping.
- Knowledge of residential treatment facility maintenance is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in managing maintenance supplies and inventory control.
- Ability to coordinate with external contractors for specialized projects.
