Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Prepare and review detailed financial statements and analyses to support organizational goals.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to GAAP and internal accounting policies, maintaining high compliance standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee annual audits, collaborating effectively with external CPA firms.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
  • Collaborate across departments to address and resolve accounting challenges.
  • Contribute to strategic financial planning and participate in impactful special projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience; 7 years preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, with strong technical skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges.
