Overview

  • Manage mission-critical projects in data center environments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and maintain operational excellence.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing regular project updates.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead project teams in the execution of mission-critical data center projects.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
  • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement risk management strategies to address potential challenges proactively.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in data center environments.
  • Preferred 5 years of experience managing mission-critical projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Proficiency in risk management and problem-solving techniques.
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in data center operations.
