Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to promote hospice services.
  • Conduct outreach activities to increase awareness and referrals for hospice care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare partners to ensure seamless patient care transitions.
  • Educate the community about hospice services and the benefits of compassionate care.
  • Support patients and families by providing information and facilitating consent for hospice care.
  • Drive census growth through strategic marketing efforts and relationship building.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years of healthcare sales or marketing experience; hospice experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to advocate for hospice services.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote role.

  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and reporting outreach activities.
