Overview

  • Lead construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor construction progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Supervise and mentor project teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain project standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within construction.
  • Preferred 7 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Proven expertise in budget management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Experience with K-12 and municipal construction projects is advantageous.
  • Ability to work on-site in Houston and contribute to division growth.
