Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Architect or Interior Designer preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in workplace design and team leadership.
  • Proficiency in concept development, space planning, and 3D visualization.
  • Advanced skills in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of AI-assisted design tools and their effective application.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation abilities for client engagement.
  • Comprehensive understanding of design phases from concept to contract administration.
