Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Conduct design reviews and training sessions to uphold high-quality standards and practices.
• Guide teams in leveraging advanced tools for research, visualization, and iterative design exploration.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement digital tools enhancing design quality and coordination.
• Encourage adaptability to new technologies and data-driven design methodologies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Architect or Interior Designer preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in workplace design and team leadership.
• Proficiency in concept development, space planning, and 3D visualization.
• Advanced skills in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted design tools and their effective application.
• Strong storytelling and presentation abilities for client engagement.
• Comprehensive understanding of design phases from concept to contract administration.
