KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for sales and marketing professionals across diverse industries, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to foster long-term partnerships and successful placements.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent effectively.
- Analyze resumes and applications to parse specialized skills and qualifications for targeted recruitment efforts.
- Develop creative strategies to attract active and passive candidates, leveraging industry insights and networking opportunities.
- Collect and interpret recruitment data to enhance processes and outcomes, driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Participate in professional development and training initiatives to advance expertise and stay updated on industry trends.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing insights and supporting colleagues in achieving collective success.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in sales and marketing roles.
- Proven ability to understand industry-specific skills and company dynamics for effective recruitment strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a focus on achieving targets.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute within a collaborative team setting, fostering mutual growth and success.
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
