Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background required; Paralegal Certificate preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal in a law firm setting.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and coordinating execution processes.
