Mep Senior Superintendent

Overview

• Lead construction operations for high-profile data center projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules and milestones effectively.
• Oversee daily site activities, conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.
• Manage project documentation, including schedules, reports, and planning materials.
• Collaborate with project management teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
• Resolve field issues proactively to maintain productivity and sequencing.
• Contribute to long-term organizational growth through leadership and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise onsite construction activities from initiation to project turnover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with management teams.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
• Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and progress meetings regularly.
• Coordinate inspections, permits, and interactions with local authorities.
• Monitor manpower and productivity to achieve project milestones effectively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Preferred experience in data center, mission critical, or large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and complex building coordination.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software.
• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to handle fast-paced schedules and multitask across subcontractor trades.
