Overview

  • Lead construction projects for ground-up cold storage facilities across the US.
  • Collaborate with design-build teams to ensure project alignment with specifications.
  • Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project timelines.
  • Travel extensively to oversee projects in various states.
  • Work closely with project managers to align construction goals with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise construction activities for cold storage facilities from inception to completion.
  • Ensure adherence to design-build methodologies and project specifications.

  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Job Requirements
