Traveling Superintendent – Ground-Up Cold Storage

Overview

• Lead construction projects for ground-up cold storage facilities across the US.
• Collaborate with design-build teams to ensure project alignment with specifications.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise construction activities for cold storage facilities from inception to completion.
• Ensure adherence to design-build methodologies and project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Implement safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays.

Job Requirements

• Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction supervision; 15 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in design-build methodologies and cold storage projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively for project oversight.
