Overview
- Lead strategic initiatives in Identity and Access Management (IAM) within a dynamic corporate technology environment.
- Provide architectural guidance for cloud platforms and identity services to align security standards with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with corporate applications and security teams to enhance governance and operational controls.
- Utilize expertise in Saviynt IAM and Okta to manage and automate identity processes.
- Promote secure, scalable, and efficient identity practices across the organization.
- Engage with department leaders to ensure effective communication and implementation of IAM strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and maintain system integrity.
- Contribute to a hybrid work environment with flexibility for remote work on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Drive IAM governance programs by managing Saviynt and Okta software platforms.
- Implement automations using Python, SQL, and API calls within identity tools.
- Manage employee workflows, including onboarding, offboarding, and access certifications.
- Maintain privileged identity management and role-based access provisioning.
- Ensure compliance with SAML and OAuth single sign-on applications.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for internal use across the firm.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers to enhance team capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance technology standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in IAM roles and tools like Saviynt and Okta.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and API calls for automation purposes.
- Experience with SAML and OAuth single sign-on applications.
- Certifications in cloud platforms or IAM are preferred.
- Ability to deliver clear documentation and communicate effectively.
- Experience in regulated environments with due diligence requirements.
- Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide junior engineers.
