Overview
- Lead and oversee higher education building design projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Collaborate on higher education projects from concept to construction documentation.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist in the creation and refinement of design concepts throughout all project phases.
- Prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Apply advanced technical skills in software programs such as Revit and Adobe Suite.
- Collaborate with in-house teams across multiple office locations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in higher education building design; 15 years preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
- Knowledge of Newforma Project Center, Sketchup, and MS Office 365 is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of materials, products, and design processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
