- Provide administrative support to CFO, Chief Compliance Officer, and Director of Operations.
- Collaborate with a seasoned team of professionals in a smaller firm setting.
- Flexible onsite schedule tailored to candidate needs, working 18 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Process invoices and expense reports, ensuring accurate entry into accounting systems.
- Maintain vendor files and reconcile statements, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Digitize and organize historical paper files, including significant scanning tasks.
- Support quarterly billing cycles and ad hoc financial projects as needed.
- Assist with implementing document management procedures and process updates.
- Provide administrative support across accounting, compliance, and operations teams.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide backup front-office support, including scheduling and visitor coordination.
- Collaborate on initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and transition workflows.
Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in accounting or related field required.
- 3-5 years of experience in general accounting support preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in financial services or law firm environments is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Self-starter with a positive, collaborative attitude and adaptability.
- Experience with digital workflows and document scanning preferred.
