Overview
- Lead regional sales strategies for unbundled and bundled opportunities within the insurance and risk management domain.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key buying influencers, brokers, and consultants to drive business growth.
- Create and manage a robust pipeline of clients to achieve short and long-term sales objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and implementation processes.
- Analyze prospects' operations to identify needs and present tailored solutions effectively.
- Develop and execute annual sales plans, including forecasting and strategic planning.
- Negotiate terms with new clients to establish profitable, long-term relationships.
- Achieve or exceed annual regional sales goals and objectives through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned territory to maximize business opportunities.
- Build and sustain relationships with brokers, consultants, and targeted clients to foster business growth.
- Lead the sales process, including presentations, negotiations, and proposal development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and legal adherence in all sales activities.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development; 7 years preferred.
- Prior experience in claims management, insurance, or risk management is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools like Salesforce for data analysis and tracking.
- Ability to travel up to 50% to meet clients and prospects.
