Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications for senior executives, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for executive-level discussions.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to maintain a productive workspace.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to the CEO on administrative tasks and projects.
  • Support the execution of firm-wide initiatives and contribute to team objectives.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide proactive and detail-oriented support to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, with relevant administrative experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, ideally in smaller office settings.
  • Proficiency in office management tools and software, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional interactions.
