Job Description

Overview

  • Lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with project teams to plan, schedule, and execute construction activities effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project phases.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 7 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
