Overview

  • Lead accounts payable operations in a dynamic, high-growth organization with multiple locations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Oversee a high-performing AP team, providing mentorship, training, and performance management support.
  • Enhance AP processes to improve invoice processing, payment cycles, and vendor management accuracy.
  • Manage vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies, and negotiate favorable payment terms.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze AP reports to support strategic financial decision-making.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to controls.
  • Optimize AP systems for accuracy, operational efficiency, and process integrity.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives, including system upgrades and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-volume organizations with multiple locations.
  • Strong knowledge of AP systems, compliance standards, and process optimization.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentorship.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights.
  • Experience with audit coordination and maintaining compliance documentation.
