  • Lead estimating efforts for commercial construction projects in a hybrid work environment.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop accurate cost estimates and budgets.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead bid proposal preparation and submission processes for prospective projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather accurate pricing information.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating; 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and tools commonly used in the industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and market trends.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate cost assessments.
