Job Description

Overview

  • Collaborate with the Middle Office team to ensure accurate fund positions and cash balances.
  • Provide operational support for trade lifecycle management across diverse financial products.
  • Investigate and resolve transactional discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
  • Perform performance metric analysis and reporting to support deal teams.
  • Manage corporate actions and amendments from initiation to execution.
  • Support liquidity management and deal execution processes effectively.
  • Ensure proper recording and reconciliation of cashflows and settlements.
  • Assist in maintaining leverage facilities and related financial schedules.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform daily cash and position reconciliations with prime brokers and custodians.
  • Oversee loan administration processes, including tracking contracts and payments.
  • Provide operational support for various financial instruments, including bonds and bank loans.
  • Troubleshoot booking and position discrepancies with internal and external groups.
  • Manage corporate actions and amendments, ensuring accurate documentation and execution.
  • Assist with CLO monthly reconciliations and tie-outs of positions and cash.
  • Perform daily PNL reconciliations with fund administrators.
  • Support managed service providers with operational needs and troubleshooting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of fixed income and bank loan operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Outlook essential for daily tasks.
  • Experience with security master systems and financial platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with Indus Valley Partners, FIS VPM, or Aladdin advantageous.
  • Knowledge of S&P ClearPar and loan platforms beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with strong organizational skills.
