Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead and manage the engineering team, ensuring effective workload distribution and technical excellence.
  • Oversee the design lifecycle, establishing standards and processes for manufacturable designs.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison with customer engineering teams, supporting design reviews.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure design feasibility.
  • Drive innovative solutions to improve product performance and manufacturability.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and problem-solving within the engineering team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in industrial manufacturing with engineering leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in managing technical teams and complex projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated success in hands-on product development and technical leadership.
  • Ability to drive innovative design solutions and improve product reliability.
  • Knowledge of engineering standards and compliance requirements.
